Casa Paladin Restock
Earlier this year we began a collaboration with Italian wine maker Casa Paladin which includes Tuscan wine producer Fattoria di Castelvecchi and Veneto producer Casa Lupo. Their wines are exceptional and have been very well received in the B.C. market. In align with out expectation we sold out quickly and want to thank all our clients for their ongoing support! The good news is we are fully reloaded with over 100 x 6 packs of all their wines.
Sustainability
Casa Paladin has also been doing their part were it matters proudly having a full sustainable focused philosophy;

Contrary to popular belief, Pinot Grigio was actually born in Bourgogne, France, not Italy, where it went by the name Pinot Gris. 'Grigio' is simply the Italian word for gray, hence the eventual transition of the name.
The Prosecco Millesimato Paladin is the result of an accurate selection of grapes from vineyards of its historical production area. Prosecco has been present in this area for at least two centuries
Regulatory measures like varietal breakdown, color, and fermentation set Prosecco Rosés apart from other pink sparkling wines. To be labeled as Prosecco Rosé, grapes must come from a specific geographic area that has passed the Italian Government's quality requirements.
The vaulted cellars of Premiata Fattoria di Castelvecchi are among the oldest and still active in Tuscany which date back from 1043. This appellation is located in the heart of Chianti. The boundaries were first defined in the 18th century, but enlarged significantly in the 1930s. Today, Chianti Classico DOCG is considered by many to be the highest-quality offering for Chianti.
Amarone is the King of Italian wine. The grapes remain in cases to dry until December or January. The loss of water, as consequence of the drying period, improves the concentration of flavor.
Within Chianti Classico is Chianti Classico Gran Selezione, which was developed to denote wines of superior quality. The designation requires wine to be 100 percent estate fruit, with at least 30 months of maturation in oak barrels.
