Thomas O’Neill
Through Thomas’ experiences as Cellérier for the Vancouver chapter of Commanderie de Bordeaux; he has forged some strong lasting relationships in the French wine world, particularly Bordeaux. Since then, he has expanded to include the wine regions of Champagne, Bourgogne, Alsace, and others in the south of France. He’s also spent a considerable amount of time in Italy, cultivating relationships with top producers in Tuscany and Piedmont. With all of Europe’s delicacies at his fingertips, Thomas refined his palate and discovered the inspiration to revolutionize the wine industry. His agency Grand Cru represents the culmination of his passion for wine that began over 20 years ago. Through Grand Cru you can taste the fruits of his labour, with a curated list of wines he’s personally tasted and chosen just for you.
